Shipping & Delivery

We ship to every city in Saudi Arabia via our carrier partners (Aramex, RedBox and others) from our warehouse in Jeddah.

Door delivery: SAR 25 nationwide, usually within 1–3 business days. RedBox lockers and pickup points: SAR 15. Pickup from our Jeddah warehouse: free.

You receive a tracking number as soon as the shipment is ready, and you can follow it from the "My orders" page.

Orders confirmed before 2 PM on business days are usually prepared the same day.
